WE’RE FULLY INSURED
Jubilee Home Builders are fully licensed (Builders licence #101047) and insured for your peace of mind. Having home indemnity insurance means you’re covered for costs of your building in the event of death, disappearance or bankruptcy. We’re also covered for public liability and worker’s compensation insurance, so you can rest easy.

Jubilee are Perth’s specialist property development builders. We have built all types of multi-unit developments over the years from House-Behind-House/Retain and Build developments to Duplex’s, Triplex’s, Quadplex’s, Perth Townhouses, Subdivisions, and more.
Work closely with our in-house draftsman to design your Perth development or custom home. We have standard designs that we can customise to your block or we can start from scratch and create a home completely tailored to your wants and needs.
Managing Director
With 20 years of industry experience, family man, Joe, is passionate about customer service and quality workmanship. Joe grew up in a family-business environment and was inspired to achieve this lifestyle for himself and his young family too.
With a sense of pride from the quality of our completed homes, as well as the wealth creation provided for our clients in their development projects, Joe is excited about expanding Jubilee Home Builders with a vision to be Perth’s best home builder in terms of quality and client satisfaction.
Office Manager
Adrian is our hard-working all-rounder who is involved in many different aspects of the business. He is in charge of general office duties as well as design and drafting, liaising with clients, dealing with the site supervisors and sub-contractors, organising material orders and working with the local council to comply with building standards.
He oversees the projects from design to construction and is available to answer our client’s questions and guide them through the building process.
Adrian holds a Diploma in Architectural Drafting and a Diploma in Building and Construction. He has 20 years of experience in the building industry working for a large WA building company, working overseas and running his own business.
Site Manager
Jon is our site manager supervising and coordinating the trades on our jobs. He ensures everything runs smoothly. Jon often meets with clients onsite and liaises between them and our tradespeople to create a more streamlined process.
Jon is a carpenter and joiner by trade working in the industry for around 40 years. He moved to Australia from the UK 15 years ago and has been working with Jubilee Home Builders since 2017. Jon loves working for a “good, traditional family firm”. He is a great member of our team and fantastic at what he does.
Estimator/Scheduler
Ashley is Jubilee’s Estimator and Scheduler. He is in charge of quoting, scheduling, BOQ’s, contract variations and negotiating and liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and our onsite manager.
He has been working in the building industry for 20 years and is a carpenter by trade. Ashley has 10 years of experience as an estimator/scheduler and has worked for some of the biggest building companies in Perth.
Marketing Manager
As our in-house marketing manager, Laura is in charge of marketing the Jubilee Home Builders brand and publicising valuable information and industry updates for our clients.
Laura graduated with a Double Major in Marketing and Advertising. She has been working in property since 2018 working with both real estate and construction clients and has a great understanding of the property market.
